Brief: Part of the Mortgage Brain suite, and the 2nd product in the roadmap to receive the common look and feel update. An opportunity to also look at improvements to the UX.
Solution: Unlike previous development projects, UI was now factored in at the start, rather than tacked on the end - so as the UX and UI designer, I was now part of shaping the product, and heavily involved in insights meetings for scope of work, sprint meeting so that I was aligned with the development teams and presenting to the Ops Board.
Daily sprint and standup meetings with the devs, product owner and business analyst. Really strong collaboration on this project, due to the team spirit and willingness to ideate, and a desire by all involved to produce the best digital experience possible.
Key Impact: The way the team came together collaboratively, should be held up as the case study and best practice for the rest of the Mortgage Brain Suite common look and feel rollout.
