Brief: To update the current ecommerce website with the new Vax digital branding. To rethink elements of the user experience, to create a more human centric shopping site. For launch end of August.

Solution: To run insight meetings with stakeholders, development and the rest of the digital studio, with the purpose of creating the scope of work based on the needs of the business.

To use available data from heatmaps and analytics to inform design decisions.

Using wireframes, for initial concepts, and a quick way to reiterate ideas and action stakeholder feedback. Making sure wireframes were signed off before moving on to hi-fidelity visuals.

Creating interactive prototypes, and preparing files ready for handoff to the development team.

Key impact: Responsible for creating better links with the development team, as prior to this project both teams were working in silos. The communication and collaboration of design and development teams was vital to the success of not just Vax 2.0, but also future Vax projects.
